Holidays at The Windermere Centre

Stay at the Windermere Centre as part of your holiday in the Lakes! We can offer bed & breakfast, half-board or full board accommodation, subject to availibility, in single, twin, or triple rooms (and now we have one double too). All our rooms are en-suite, and we have two fully-equipped disabled-access rooms with accessible bathrooms in our state-of-the-art Hannah Wing. You can relax in the Centre, spend time in the lounge and our beautiful gardens, or use the Centre as a base to explore the Lakes. We are within walking distance of Windermere, Bowness, and the lake, and only moments away from a bus-stop on the popular 599 Grasmere-Bowness route. You can even order a packed lunch from our kitchen to sustain you in your adventures!

Our friendly staff will provide you with caring, professional service, and ensure you feel looked after throughout your stay. Depending on our Calendar, you might meet all sorts of interesting people while you’re here, and, if you are staying on a full board basis, there should be a chance to chat and socialise in our bar before dinner, if you wish. If you’re here over a weekend, you’re very welcome to join the congregation at Carver Memorial Church next door for morning worship on Sunday, if you would like to. Families are welcome, and high chairs and travel cots are available on request: children aged 5-18 years are half-price, and under-fives are free.

All you need to do to is contact us to check availibility, then fill out the Holiday Booking Form, and send it back to us with a £30 deposit per person to confirm your booking. We look forward to welcoming you!
